I FORGET WHAT I AM TAUGHT IN SCHOOL VERY EASILY. WHAT DO I DO?

There could be a number of reasons why you are having trouble retaining information that you are learning in school. Here are a few suggestions that might help you improve your memory and retention:

  1. Pay attention in class: Make an effort to focus on what your teacher is saying, rather than daydreaming or getting distracted.

  2. Take notes: Writing down what you are learning can help you retain the information better. It also gives you a resource to refer back to when you are studying for exams.

  3. Review your notes regularly: Don't wait until the night before an exam to start studying. Instead, try to review your notes on a regular basis, perhaps a few days after each class. This will help reinforce the information in your memory.

  4. Try different study methods: Everyone has a different learning style. Some people find that they remember information better when they write it down, while others prefer to create flashcards or use other study techniques. Experiment to find out what works best for you.

  5. Get enough sleep: It's important to get enough rest to allow your brain to process and retain the information you are learning. Make sure you are getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

  6. Stay organized: Keep your study materials organized and in a designated study space. This can help you stay focused and on track when you are studying.

  7. Seek help if needed: If you are still having difficulty retaining information, it may be helpful to speak with your teacher or a school counselor for additional support. They may be able to provide you with additional resources or accommodations to help you succeed in your studies.
